Program Description:
About
The Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main was founded in 1914 as a unique citizen’s university, financed by the wealthy citizens of Frankfurt. Goethe University is named after Johan Wolfgang Von Goethe, the University has over 46,000 students - 7,000 of whom are international students from more than 130 different countries.

Academic Highlights
The University offers a wide variety of academic programmes, a diverse group of research institutes, and a focus on interdisciplinary approaches to solving complex problems. It is also the leading German university in scholarships, having donated a total of €1.08 million. 

Location
Frankfurt is quite a small city but one of the most international cities in Germany, with one in three people living in Frankfurt not holding a German passport. Frankfurt is also home to the largest finance centre on the continent.
