 ATS3918 Journalism

This unit will see small groups (Max 8 per tour) of journalism students join an Engineers Without Borders (EWB) study tour of Cambodia. Students will be tasked with finding and creating journalism stories about EWB and other non-government organisations working in these developing countries. Monash Journalism teacher Nick Parkin will personally lead the tours, and will give practical advice and direction to students as they go about creating engaging works of international journalism. The majority of student costs will be funded by scholarships provided by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Check out the official EWB page.
